Reading it gives you the company — headcount, industry, description — and reading what the company and its people have published lately gives you the part that goes stale: whether they are hiring, shipping, or quiet. This runs as a job rather than a lookup, on whatever cadence your sync already uses, and the cost is one credit per record read, which makes the monthly figure a multiplication rather than an estimate.

Public data only. Supported endpoints return what the platform serves publicly, and reaching it never depends on a connected account — so private analytics for accounts you own are outside what this can answer.
